The Armored Offensive will provide vehicle support, such as the Blitzkreig ability, and incredibly strong heavy armor such as Panther and Tiger Tanks. Will act to either bolster an infantry or provide a range of air support including the devastating Provides either a variety of heavy vehicles such as the 8-Rad Armored Car and the Panther Heavy Tank - or artillery options and infantry upgrades for the Stoßtruppen. Once available, however, the heavy tanks in combination with strong defensive units make the Wehrmacht a difficult force to contend with. This faction tends to be stronger in the mid-to-late game, as many of its stronger units demand a lot of resources to produce. The Marder III M Tank Destroyer is effective against vehicles, while the elite Stoßtruppen are one of the strongest infantry units in Company of Heroes 3. The Wehrmacht's Jager Squads are very effective infantry and can be upgraded to carry Panzerschrek anti-tank missiles or a useful Recon Package containing scoped rifles and flares. RELATED: Best Games Like Company Of Heroes 3 Although this unit will be vulnerable as it does not have any guns, the Kettenkrad can still deploy mines, making it a nuisance to enemies at all stages of the battle. The Kettenkrad Recon Vehicle is also useful as it enables the Wehrmacht to move quickly across the field and capture points early. Primarily excelling in defense, there are a number of units with engineering capabilities that can be of great value in the early game, enabling players to create strongholds around key areas with bunkers and firing positions. Representing the bulk of Germany's force in World War 2, the Wehrmacht is a versatile and powerful force with solid units across all areas. Battlegroups provide special units and bonuses at the expense of Command Points and include most of the game's top-tier units. Vehicles can range from scout cars and motorcycles to heavy tanks and mobile artillery. The introduction of new settings, Italy and North Africa, means that new factions are available that have never been seen before in the Company of Heroes series. Plus they rarely actually destroy decently microed tanks unless you go on a risky dive with them. While the factions in Company of Heroes 3 are relatively balanced, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. I dislike SU-85s mainly because the pathfinding on casemates in this game is utter garbage and is often frustrating. Cons with PPsHs maintain AI potential, rather than becoming mere utility fodder without them as the game progresses. You can really apply the anti infantry pressure before then. It's not too bad against both Ost and OKW in team games, as a T2 approach with Zis AT guns is enough to deter the inevitable Panzer IVs. Meanwhile guard motor gives you t34/85s that can solo panthers if you get good rng and have marked target on, on top of having extremely useful guardsĮven guard rifle is useful with just having 1 kv1 on the field to absorb panther shots while an su85 takes potshots at it, and you get ppsh for cons AND guards You would need 2-3 t34 76s on the field already and an su85 to deal with a panther ![]() So you have a huge anti infantry army fielded but 0 AT power and no endgame whatsoever but ppsh for cons as well? shocks are already 390mp and you have to buy the 120mm to get the most out of it, another 340mp Originally posted by missharvey :shock army isnt particularly that good, def not meta at all, since your picking up shocks. Go back to playing Soviets and when you see a Panther, rape it :) Panther OP, should be nerfed, unkillable? Get rushed by someone who knows not to blob his infantry and comes onto Demo charge to the face (enter trapped building) get caught while in movement by another MG Eat sniper fire, penal w clown car satchel to the face. Let your opponents show you how it is vulnerable.Įxample : MG42 is OP. I would appriciate any help on the matter. I don't know how it's possible that a panther all of a sudden manages to go 60+ backwards faster than my t-34s even can forwards. And when i'm about to kill a panther they just use the super reverse speed thing. I mostly use Soviet Shock Army commander, But each time i face Panthers my T-34's just die.
